What should I do if I need further information on a product or service beyond what's on the website?

Call us of course! Our cleanroom consultants are standing by from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. US EST, Monday through Saturday. Please let us know if you have a question about our products, products you don’t see on our website, or our company.

How do I order my cleanroom supplies and setp an account?

We accommodate all methods of ordering from our customers. Give us a quick call or email to setup your account. Once you are in our system you can fax, phone or email your purchase orders and pay via check, credit card, bank transfers or net30 terms account.

What am I supposed to wear in my cleanroom?

Every cleanroom is different. The first step in determining the right apparel to wear is for you to find out your cleanroom ISO class level. This tells you the cleanliness level of your clean room. Now check our cleanroom apparel recommendation by ISO level page.

What is your return policy?

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We rarely have returns because we provide free samples before you buy. But if you find that there is a problem with your order or a product does not perform as you expected, please call us right away. Your account manager will ensure that you receive a product replacement or refund.

Cleanroom Connection cannot accept sterile product returns due to the sensitive nature of the product. Orders over 1 month cannot be returned. Any returns for reasons other than wrong product or damaged upon arrival require permission to returned. In the case of an allowed return, the customer is responsible for shipping and any restocking fees that may apply.

Do you guys really know about cleanroom supplies?

We do. Our staff knows about cleaning cleanrooms and working in clean rooms. We also have good relationships with the manufacturers we sell for and they keep us up to date on all the new products, trends and ideas to save our customers money while ensuring they get the best stuff.

Are the majority of your cleanroom products made in the USA?

There are a growing number of cleanroom products manufacturers appearing in the industry. The manufacturers we sell for are all based out of and headquartered in the USA. We try our best to form business relationships with domestic cleanroom supply manufacturers.

I own a compounding pharmacy and want to become USP<797> compliant. Can you really help me every step of the way including design, build, certification and implementation of a cleanroom area in my pharmacy?

We can.  We offer the most comprehensive product offering for USP <797> cleaning and compliance as well as a large selection of lint free and sterile clean room apparel. We also have business relationships with expert pharmacy cleanroom design, build and implementation companies. We are a hospital pharmacy and work with chemotherapy. Do you offer cleaning, handling and protection apparel that is chemo rated?

We offer custom solutions for our international customers. Whether you are close-by in Canada or Mexico or as far off as Australia, we will be your cleanroom supplier. Do you have a catalog you can send me?

We sell for about 50 manufacturers, each who have their own catalog. We are familiar with them all. Give us a quick call – our product experts can easily recommend a few products and send samples for you to try and choose from.
