To Get Pricing

• Create a “quote cart” on our website by clicking any item and adding it to your cart. Once you have chosen all of the items, submit the list. You will receive an email quotation within 30 minutes during our normal business hours (8AM CT – 4PM CT)

• No account setup is necessary to submit quotes.

How To Order Once You Have Pricing

Once you submit your quote request, you will get an email from us with your quotation, as well as an attached PDF quote.

• To order the items on your quote : Forward your quote email to [email protected]  They will confirm as an order, charge your credit card, send you a receipt, and keep you informed with order tracking. Make sure to enter your credit card under your profile. You only have to enter your card once, it will be stored for future orders. To request Net 30 terms please email [email protected]

• If your organization prefers to make their own purchases orders : Please use the item # and pricing on your quote, and email your company purchase order to [email protected]

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We rarely have returns because we provide free samples before you buy. Please see below for returns policy :

• Damaged goods must be reported same day as delivered, or refused back to sender.
• Sterile items are non-returnable.
• Custom made items are not returnable.
• Items to return must be requested within 5 days of receiving the products and only items that are assigned an RMA # may be sent back.
• Customer is responsible for any shipping on returned products that were ordered incorrectly.
• There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns for incorrectly ordered items.
