Description
BioClean MEA-210 sterile cleanroom face mask controls particulate and bacterial contamination using high efficiency filtration. These sterile masks are held securely with a latex-free elastic strap head loop and plastic connector to confidently protect your technicians as well as your environment in your sterile Class 100 (ISO 5) and higher cleanrooms. This sterile mask features durable 3-ply ultrasonic sealing construction that is very breathable:
- Outer layer: Non-woven hydrophobic spun-bonded polyester fabric
- Filter layer: Melt-blown polyester
- Inner layer: Non-woven hydrophilic polypropolene/polyethylene fabric
The plastic-coated steel nose band is moldable and conforms to the facial contours for exceptional anti-fogging and protection. These sterile facemasks are specifically for cleanroom use packaged in a ISO Class 4 cleanroom facility and are individually packaged. BioClean MEA-210 sterile mask with adjustable head loops and plastic clip for securing at back of the head. These BioClean MEA 210-1 sterile masks feature latex-free loops, plastic-coated steel nose band, and high BFE, PFE, and VFE filtration. Cleanroom technicians find this sterile mask exceptionally easy to breath in and comfortable to wear. Its inner layer is a soft non-woven hydrophilic polypropylene/polyethylene fabric. The filtration layer of melt-blown polyester and outer layer of non-woven spun-bonded polyester offer exceptional filtration. The three layers are ultrasonically sealed for high-strength seams.
