VAI Veltek Clean Print 10 CLP10-8.5×11-02 sterile cleanroom paper is manufactured from a synthetic writing substrate constructed using patented technologies to assure strength, very low particulate generation, non-shedding characteristics, abrasion resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and the ability for lamination. CleanPrint 10 is designed for ultraclean manufacturing environments and is void of any cellulose in its construction. The sterile cleanroom paper is lightweight and flexible, but exceptionally durable. When writing on this paper the inks adhere and dries immediately preventing smearing.
Another popular feature of this paper is that it remains pliable in extreme temperatures of -70 °C to 180 °C. The sterile paper recycles as a plastic. It comes prepackaged quadruple-bagged in VAI’s ABCD cleanroom introduction system making introducing this paper into our critical environment safe and easy.
Each ream of 100 pages is individually labeled with lot number and expiration. This paper is gamma-irradiated to a 10-6 sterility assurance level. Each ream of paper is then lot sterility tested according to current USP compendium and delivered with lot specific documentation that is completely traceable from start to finish. CleanPrint 10 is available sterile or non-sterile in two sizes: 8.5”x11” or A4.
*Each page of CleanPrint 10 is printed with a 10% screen of light blue so that users can distinguish it from regular paper.
