VAI 1700 series sterile cleanroom coveralls are constructed using a heavy weight, non-woven and high quality microporous coated material. The 1700 disposable garments are extremely tough and fluid resistant. The fabric is breathable for user comfort and has the best particulate performance in its segment. The fabric is indicated where maximum protect to product or wearer is required. The 1700 material has excellent liquid resistance, and create an impervious barrier, preventing passage of bacteria and non-viable particulates through the garment material. This material blend is an excellent option for a personal protection garment as it has exceptional chemical resistance to liquids according to ASTM F903-96 Liquid Resistance Test, ASTM F1407-96 Resistance to Liquid Penetration Test and SATRA Surface Water Absorption Test. The 1700 Material blend is CE marked under the EU Harmonized Standards for its ability to provide personal protection for wearers from low level splashes and sprays. These sterile cleanroom coveralls are built by fully automated, robotic, CAD cutting and seaming equipment. Our 1700 series coveralls are individually labeled with lot number and expiration date, completely lot traceable and individually packaged.

VAI Veltek 1700 series sterile coveralls are made with a microporous (MP) coated material and come with attached hood and boot covers. The Easy2Gown packaging on this coverall helps simplify aseptic garbing procedure. This item is ISO5 Class 100 compliant, individually packed and is both fluid and dry particle resistant. Gamma irradiated to 10-6 sterility assurance and specially folded to achieve proper aseptic gowning via the Easy-2-Gown method.
