Cleanroom wipes are lint-free “cloths” that have been specially manufactured to leave no particles on surfaces after cleaning. When working in a cleanroom, there must be a minimization of loose and airborne particles present. Unnecessary lint particles from wipes at home such as paper towels or dish cloths, cannot be tolerated in the processes for which the cleanroom protects.

Cleanroom wipes are available in a few different packaging configurations. All cleanroom wipes must come in bags, not boxes, where the wipes are making direct contact with the cardboard. Cleanroom wipes should ideally come double-bagged so you can disinfect the inner bag you bring into the cleanroom. For aseptic sterile cleanrooms following the USP797 guidelines, we stock cleanroom wipes that have been gamma sterilized. These are very popular at hospitals, oncology pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers and USP 797 compliant pharmacies. We offer a variety of sizes on wipes ranging from 1″ x 1″ to 18″ x 18″.
