Teknipure TekniPolyPro polypropylene presaturated cleanroom wipers are pre-wetted with 70% isopropyl alcohol and 30% DI water. These wipes are fully synthetic and made of 3-layer meltblown polypropylene which is durable, abrasion-resistant and very clean. Compatible with ISO5 Class 100 environments. These wipes are a great alternative to the Kimtech 76490 sterile presaturated cleanroom wiper. 100% synthetic polypropylene fibers thermally-bonded to form an inherently low-extractable and low-shedding, chemically-resistant nonwoven fabric. This material is offered as a pre-wetted wiper saturated with USP grade isopropanol (IPA) in sterile and non-sterile packaging.
These wipes are ideal for efficient surface cleaning and sanitization between and during processing. They are also very useful for pass through wiping and PPE wipe down in gowning area. They are ISO5 Class 100 compatible and well suited for sterile compounding as well as hazardous compounding cleanup. Teknipure sterile polypropylene presaturated wipes also offer excellent chemical application.
Soft polypropylene material is ideal for cleaning sensitive surfaces in cleanroom environments. These wipers provide low levels of particles and fibers, NVR and ions and are suitable for use in most critical cleanroom environments. Pre-saturated wipers provide consistent wetness level for optimized and consistent cleaning efficiency. The IPA used for pre-saturation, is 0.2 µm filtered for additional contamination control.
