Criti Clean lint-free cleanroom wipes are high-quality, economical, and double cleanroom-bagged. We manufacture Criti Clean in-house in the USA. Depending on which wipe you choose, they are lint-free, non-shedding, and suitable for Class 10 through Class 1000+ environments.
Clean-Quilt Polyester Quilted Cleanroom Wipe
Criti Clean Clean-Quilt Polyester 2-Ply quilted cleanroom wipes are constructed with two layers of virgin interlock knitted polyester. These wipes have been cleanroom laundered before being double bagged. We recommend these wipes for deep cleaning applications in ISO 5 environments that need a lot of absorption or extra scrubbing durability. Since these wipes consist of 2 layers they can absorb a large amount of fluid. They are abrasion resistant and will not shed any particles. If working in a less strict environment, we recommend our low-linting nonwoven wipes.

Clean-Quilt Polypropylene Quilted Cleanroom Wipe
Criti Clean Clean-Quilt Nonwoven 2-Ply quilted cleanroom wipes are made with two heat-bonded layers. One layer is cellulose and then a layer of polypropylene that has been clean-processed and heat bonded together to form an ultra-absorptive lint free wipe. These wipes absorb a lot, they are like two wipes in one. These wipes are extra thick and the polypropylene layer adds durability when cleaning and scrubbing. Clean-Stat Anti-Static Cleanroom Wipe
Criti Clean Clean-Stat antistatic polyester cleanroom wipes are comprised of a patented blend of ultra-washed laundered polyester and strands of conductive carbon fiber. The anti-static wipes prevent build up of electrostatic charge via the carbon fiber strands that dissipate it from work surfaces, equipment, and components under construction.

Criti Clean Foam Cleanroom Wipe
Criti Clean Clean-Foam sponge wipers are excellent for applying solutions as well as soaking up spills. They are a favorite wipe for many controlled environment applications where a soft and super-absorbent wipe with exceptionally low particle generation is needed. These sponge wipes can be used with most cleanroom cleaning chemicals and are autoclavable.

This lightweight version of our Criti Clean lint free wipes are super absorbent, and come in a variety of sizes ranging from 4×4 to 12×12. These wipers are a cost-effective option for highly absorbent, lint-free industrial wipes for general wiping for all general cleaning and wiping duties in ISO5 Class 100 and higher clean rooms. Choose smaller 4″x4″ size for wiping down vials and small items, while the larger sizes are great for wiping down large surfaces.

Criti Clean Polyester Cleanroom Wipe
Criti Clean Ultra-Polyester lint-free cleanroom wipes are our customers’ most popular polyester wipers. They are triple-washed in deionized filtered water, dried under HEPA-filtered air in an ISO4 cleanroom, then individually inspected and packed. Extremely low in fiber and particle generation as well as chemical extractables, this wipe is a special soft virgin polyester. Choose the machine cut edge for ISO5 Class 100 compatibility, and the laser sealed edges for more strict ISO4 Class 10 environments. These wipes are made in the USA.
